Flozzo 는 아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE)와 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 어떤 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다. 이 문서는 Flozzo 앱·웹에서 금지하는 행위, 신고 방법, 운영자의 조치, 아동 안전 담당 연락처를 설명합니다.

1. 금지하는 행위

만 18세 미만이 등장하는 성적 콘텐츠 — 실제 사진·영상뿐 아니라 그림·합성·AI 생성물 포함
그루밍: 미성년자를 성적으로 이용하려고 친분을 쌓거나 신뢰를 얻는 행위
미성년자에게 성적인 메시지를 보내거나, 성적인 사진·영상을 요구하거나, 만남을 요구하는 행위
성적 이미지를 빌미로 한 협박(성착취 협박, sextortion)
아동 성착취물을 올리거나, 요청하거나, 링크로 공유하는 행위
미성년자를 성적으로 묘사하거나 성적 대상으로 다루는 게시물·댓글·채팅·아바타 표현
아동 인신매매 또는 이를 돕는 행위

Flozzo 는 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만으로 보이는 계정은 확인 후 삭제합니다.

2. 신고하는 방법 (앱·웹 안)

게시물·댓글: ⋯ → Report → Child safety
사용자: 프로필의 ⋯ → Report, 공간 안에서는 멤버 목록의 ⋯ → Report
커뮤니티: 커뮤니티 페이지의 ⋯ → Report community
메시지(DM): 대화방의 ⋯ → Report (최근 메시지가 증거로 함께 전달됩니다)
로그인하지 않았거나 앱을 쓸 수 없으면 dkim@rhymeinspace.com 로 알려 주세요(제목에 "Child safety").

아동이 지금 위험에 처해 있다면 먼저 112(한국) 또는 해당 국가의 긴급 번호로 신고해 주세요.

3. 운영자의 조치

"Child safety" 사유의 신고는 다른 신고보다 먼저, 접수 후 24시간 안에 검토합니다.
위반이 확인되면 콘텐츠를 즉시 삭제하고 관련 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
아동 성착취물로 보이는 콘텐츠는 수사에 필요한 기록을 보존하고 관계 기관에 신고합니다. 한국에서는 경찰청 등 수사기관과 방송통신심의위원회에, 필요한 경우 미국 실종·착취아동센터(NCMEC)에도 신고합니다.
수사기관의 적법한 요청에 협조합니다.

4. 예방 장치

가입 시 만 14세 이상 확인
게시물·댓글·채팅·이름에 금칙어 필터 적용
누구나 다른 사용자를 차단할 수 있고, 차단된 사용자는 메시지를 보낼 수 없습니다.
신고 누적·위반 확인 시 계정 정지

5. 법령 준수

Flozzo 는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 등 대한민국의 아동 보호 관련 법령과, 서비스가 제공되는 국가의 관련 법령을 지킵니다.

Child Safety Standards

Flozzo does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. This page explains what is prohibited on Flozzo (app and web), how to report it, how we respond, and how to reach our child safety contact.

1. What is prohibited

Sexual content involving anyone under 18 — including real, drawn, edited or AI-generated imagery
Grooming: building a relationship or trust with a minor in order to sexually exploit them
Sending sexual messages to a minor, or asking a minor for sexual images, videos or meetings
Sextortion: threatening someone with sexual images
Uploading, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material
Posts, comments, chats or avatar content that sexualize minors
Child trafficking or helping others to traffic children

You must be at least 14 years old to use Flozzo. Accounts that appear to belong to a child under 14 are removed once confirmed.

2. How to report (in the app and on the web)

Posts and comments: ⋯ → Report → Child safety
Users: ⋯ on their profile → Report, or ⋯ next to them in a space's member list
Communities: ⋯ on the community page → Report community
Direct messages: ⋯ in the chat → Report (recent messages are attached as evidence)
If you can't sign in or use the app, email dkim@rhymeinspace.com with "Child safety" in the subject.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (112 in Korea).

3. How we respond

Reports marked "Child safety" are reviewed ahead of other reports, within 24 hours of receipt.
When a violation is confirmed, we remove the content immediately and permanently ban the accounts involved.
For apparent child sexual abuse material, we preserve the records needed for investigation and report it to the relevant authorities — in Korea, law enforcement and the Korea Communications Standards Commission — and, where required, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
We cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement.

4. Prevention

Age confirmation (14+) at sign-up
A prohibited-words filter on posts, comments, chats and names
Anyone can block another user; blocked users can't send messages
Account suspension for repeated or confirmed violations

5. Compliance with laws

Flozzo complies with child protection laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses, and with the applicable laws of the countries where Flozzo is available.
